About Me
I am currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design and Interior Architecture at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany.
After graduating with my first bachelor's degree in 2022, I had worked as an Exhibition Coordinator in Gadsden, Alabama. Feeling that the role was not beneficial for my long-term goals, I decided to resign and relocate home to West Chester, Pennsylvania. In January of 2023, I was offered a position to be an Interior Design Assistant for a local small business. Around two years later, I decided to continue my education to further develop my interior design skills.
My approach to interior design focuses on optimizing the functionality of a space. I have a passion for exploring diverse materials and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere in every room. While my professional experience is rooted in residential design, I am eager to broaden my expertise and delve into the world of commercial design as well.

Jocelyn, The Artist
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Alabama, with concentrations in painting and printmaking, as well as a minor in German. A recurring theme in my work is the exploration of family dynamics, particularly the complexities and imperfections of the relationships that bind us. As a conceptual artist, I create using personal symbols that may be elusive to those outside my experiences, inviting viewers to engage with the emotional challenges of navigating difficult relationships with those we are meant to love. I also enjoy the occasional landscape, offering a brief escape to balance the intensity and tension of my more personal works.
I am honored to have received the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation grant in December 2021, which supported the completion of my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Alabama.
